Railway coach factory to come up near Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A private metro Rail coach factory will come up kondakkal in Sangareddy district with an estimated investment of Rs 800 crore. Telangana State Government on Friday signed a MoU with Medha Servo Drives. Government has allocated 100-acre land for the coach factory. Initially, the factory will make metro rail coaches and subsequently will make diesel and electric locomotives in the second phase in addition to future plans on exports as well.IT Secretary of Telangana Jayesh Ranjan and Medha Servo Drives MD Kashyap Reddy, have signed MoU in the presence of Telangana IT and Industry Minister KTR.
