HC questions Govt over rejecting permissions for JAC Meetings

Tue, Oct 31 : HC questions TS Government over rejecting permissions only for JAC Meetings. JAC case over Koluvula Kotlata meetings permission came to hearing in High Court today during which HC questioned Telangana govt for rejecting permissions for JAC meetings while demanding explanation in it's regard. High Court fired on TS govt while contradicting it's decisions. HC ordered TS govt to file counter over rejecting permission for Koluvula Kotlata before 6 November.
Court also demanded govt to submit report over the secret activities of JAC if it has any for which govt refused to give permission while adjourning the case to 6 November.
