Sat, Nov 04 : On the first day of ongoing World Food India-2017 conference, the Telangana government has entered into MoU with Dakshin Agripolis for setting up a whopping rupees 6,000 crore integrated food and agriculture zone in 750 acres of NIMZ near Zaheerabad. Minister K Taraka Ramarao stated that state will get the boost in food processing sector with the setting up of integrated food and agriculture zone.
KTR said 4,000 women and 1,000 men will get direct employment once food and farming zone becomes operational here. The Telangana government will sign 10 more MoUs on Saturday and will announce new food processing policy
