Hazmat to be Stationed at GES Event

Hyderabad : Fire Services Additional DG Lakshmi Prasad said that the entire Fire department personnel will be on alert for responding to any emergency situations in the areas of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Ivanca Tour. Speaking at a media briefing here today, he said that the mock drill was conducted at Miyapur and Kukatpally metro railway stations. Similarly, 261 fire crew are in on-duty and 31 Fire Engines were availble in the areas of Miyapur and HICC.
Hazmat vehicle is the latest trending topic in the state. The vehicle which is used exclusively to handle the chemical biological or nuclear mishaps is going to be a part of an official function in Telangana state. This vehicle belongs to state fire services department and the officials have finally decided to position it at the global entrepreneurship summit (GES) which is going to take place in Hyderabad from 28th November.
