Prime Minister Narendra Modi flags off Hyderabad Metro

Hyderabad : Telangana's first phase metro services was flagged off in Hyderabad by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. PM Modi, along with Telangana Governor ESL Narasimhan, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, IT Minister K Taraka Ramarao and other dignitaries, travelled by the metro along a 10-km stretch between Miyapur and Kukatpally. PM Modi travelled in the metro coach, which has beautiful coloured seats. The construction was completed in a record period and the metro line will be thrown open to public from Wednesday.
