Court summoned Non-bailable warrant on Andhra Jyothi MD V Radha Krishna

Hyderabad : Today, the Nampally Court issued a Non-bailable arrest warrant to ABN Andhra Jyothi MD Vemuri Radha Krishna after he failed to appear before the Court on Tuesday. He filed a petition before the High Court seeking exemption from attending the Court. Radha Krishna's advocates filed Quash petition, of which Court rejected it on Monday. The Court expressed serious concern on Radha Krishna. It is learned that which is comes under Court breach. A case was filed against Radha Krishna after his news paper and channel telecasted false news over Jagan meeting.
