NTPC of Ramagundam grabs second rank in Business Excellence Model

Peddapalli: The National Thermal Power Corporation unit at Ramagundam secured second position in NTPC’s business excellence model for 2017 achieving a 6 rating among all NTPC power plants. The NTPC’s power station was evaluated on eight criteria including functional excellence, beneficiaries’ results, corporate social responsibility (community development) results and business results.
The unit managed to occupy second place by registering excellent performance in all above segments. The recognition to NTPC Ramagundam will be presented at NTPC’s O&M conference on February 13. The unit’s performance was assessed between January 15 and 20, this year.
