Minister assures govt commitment for retired paramilitary personnel welfare

Hyderabad: Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy said the State government was committed to address the grievances of retired paramilitary forces personnel. Addressing a programme here on Sunday, Reddy positively responded to different pleas put forth by associations representing ex-servicemen.

He assured that all pleas submitted will be taken up with the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and steps taken to ensure they are fulfilled. On the requisition made by retired paramilitary personnel to implement the orders issued by the central government for their welfare, the Home Minister wanted them to submit a report on the implementation of orders in other States, said a press release.
