Samanyu (7) and Srujana (23) from the city summited African continent highest peak and also world’s highest volcanic peak Mt. Kilimanjaro on April 2. Srujana is a B.Ttech graduate from Mallareddy College and Samanyu is studying 3rd standard in Bolton school.
With this feat, Samanyu becomes the youngest person in the world to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, according to a press release. He was trained under Boots & Crampons Company from the past 4 months under Bharath Thammineni who climbed Everest and many other mountains.
