The BJP is likely to expose the misuse of funds given by the Central government for the implementation of various schemes in the state.

The party will also expose how the state government has not only failed to launch many of the Central government’s schemes in the state, but how they are also duping the public by claiming many of these schemes as the state government’s own. The BJP leaders say that the Telangana government has failed to take up the individual latrine scheme for which the central government had contributed Rs 9,000 as its share and also Rs 1.50 lakh as its share for the two BHK house scheme.

BJP senior leaders questioned the state government for its failure to implement the Central government scheme with regard to the distribution of free cylinders to adivasis and dalits.

The leaders even alleged that  there was a huge misappropriation of funds given to the state government under “Vanabandu Kalyana Yojana”, which was meant for the development of the tribals.

The BJP leaders say that the Central government contributes Rs 6,000 as its share for the financial assistance of pregnant women, to encourage institutional deliveries and that it was the Central government which bears Rs 29.90 out of total Rs 32.90 per kilogramme of rice, which is actually being given for Rs 1 per kg of rice by the state government.
