High Court took the judgment in favour of Congress MLAs

It is a big relief for the Telangana Congress MLAs Komatireddy & Sampath Kumar as the High Court took the judgment in favour of Congress MLAs. Earlier, the Congress MLAs were expelled for tarnishing the discipline of the House and their legislative memberships were cancelled.

Both the members of the Congress raised concern at the House during the Governor's speech and Komatireddy flung the headphone at the Chairman of the Legislative Council Swami Gowda who was rushed to the Sarojini Devi Eye hospital. However, the High Court, after going through the various aspects of the case said it was unconstitutional to boycott the members from the assembly and passed a resolution in favour of the Congress members.
