Kalyan Laxmi Cheques Distributed

One of the successful schemes provided by govt of Telangana Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyan Laxmi to reduce the burdainto the poor people.Here the Serilingampally MLA A Gandhi distributed 156 Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyan Laxmi cheques here on Friday. The distribution was unique as a marriage like atmosphere was created in a community hall. 

Speaking on the occasion, A Gandhi said that the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao increased the amount from Rs 75,116 to Rs 1,16,000 this year.  He further added that parents, especially, father of girls are finding the assistance as a boon and their burden has been reduced considerably. The government is striving towards turning the city into a world class city and at the same time is looking after the welfare of the needy.
