Karnataka Episode Show Dark Side Of BJP: Mohd Ali Shabbir

Congress party senior leader Mohd Ali Shabbir on Sunday said that the Karnataka episode has exposed the dark side of the BJP, its president Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr Shabbir Ali, the Leader of Opposition in the Telangana State Legislative Council, said Congress president Rahul Gandhi had successfully foiled their attempts to saffronise the country with his strategies. 

Speaking to mediapersons, Mr Shabbir Ali said: “Mr Yeddyurappa and pro-tem speaker K.G. Bopaiah had no respect for the national anthem as they left in frustration while it was being played in the House.”He alleged that Mr Modi had demolished all Constitutional institutions like the office of Governor and made attempts to dampen the democratic spirit of people of Karnataka.
