Monsoon combined with a low pressure area in the Bay of Bengal is likely to bring heavy rains with gusty winds at isolated places in all the districts of Telangana on Friday according to a forecast by the India Meteorological Department.

Heavy rain occurred at isolated places in Bhuvanagiri, Mancherial, Adilabad, Jogulamba Gadwal and Kamareddy districts of Telangana and recorded eight cm of fall in each of these districts on Thursday.Temperatures have considerably come down in Hyderabad too with recording of 33.4 degree Celsius during the day and 23.4 degree Celsius in the night with showers likely to occur in one or two spells or thundershowers.

Rainfall recorded has been 11 mm.

Heavy rain of seven cm has also been recorded at Alampur, Gandhari, Jukkal; six cm each at Narmetta and Dichpally while it was five cm at Aswapuram, Mortad, Bhadrachalam, Banswada, Ramannapeta, Kammarpalle, Narayankhed and Kothagudem; four cm each at Gudur, Varni, Burgampadu, Mulakalapalle, Dummugudem, Nallabelly and Khanpur.
