76 drunk and drive cases booked in Hyderabad

Hyderabad police conducted drunk drive checks on Friday night. As many as 76 cases were registered, 32 cars and 44 two-wheelers were seized.A young woman created quite a ruckus at one of the checks in Jubilee Hills. Driving a car, the woman was found to be over speeding and the traffic police attempted to stop her. Eventually, the woman was caught by the police after being stuck in a traffic jam. The woman was checked for any alcohol consumption and a rash driving case was registered against her while her car was seized.

In the late night hours of Friday, three girls were caught in the drunken driving checks conducted at Jubilee Hills.Police stated that they would be given counselling at Begumpet police station.
