Man cheated a bank with fake documents

Saifabad Police registered a case against an alleged cheater who received lakhs of rupees as loans from the bank by presenting fake land documents.According to the details of the case, K. R. Arjun, a resident of Mosarambagh submitted documents of land to SBI Hayatnagar and got Rs. 20 lakh loan. The area of the land which is located at Hayatnagar is 370 sq. yards. He continued remitting installments of the loan for some time. Later, he disappeared. The officials of SBI visited Hayatnagar and inspected the mortgaged land. They found that the land is not registered against his name but on others’ name.Chief Manager of SBI in his complaint stated that the accused had transferred the mortgaged land in the names of his son and daughter-in-law and sold out to others.Saifabad Police registered a case and started investigation.
