KCR fixed deadline to Mission Bhagiratha works

CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has set the August 14 midnight deadline for officials in regard to the Mission Bhagiratha project works.In a bid to ensure all the villages get bulk water, the officers and engineers working on the project will not be having any leave till August 15. Even the contract agencies and the labourers working on the project have also been denied leaves till the deadline.
The work pertaining to giving tap connections and laying of pipelines in villages is expected to be completed by Dasara.The project work is behind schedule in Jangaon, Khammam, Medak, Yadadri, Wanaparthy, Medchal, Siricilla, Siddipet and Sangareddy where officials have speeded up the works.
