Heavy rain with hail stones in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD:The capital city was overwhelmed by untimely rains on Tuesday night.The rain,which started at 11 o'clock,lasted until midnight.The water on the roads was struck by heavy rains in Khyberatabad,Himayatnagar, Nagogal,Punjab,Miyapur,Moeenabad,Kapra,Alwal,Ramanthahpur,Dilsukhnagar,Boyinppalli.Motorists were faced with major roads.As the water on the roads stopped at midnight,traffic accelerated.Hailstones also hit many areas.In the city due to rain,electricity supply has been stuck in many places.Thousands of trees and poles have come to the ground as thunder and lightning hit the windstorm.The windows of glasses have been broken down by the winds.

Due to heavy rain,traffic in the Ameerpet and Panjagugatta area has been stalled.Vehicles from Ameerpet to Kukatpally have been struck by heavy vehicles.Trees fell in BKguda and Sanatnagar.Electric poles were broken in the Erramanjil and Taj Mahal route.Power supply was stalled due to heavy rains in many areas of Rajendranagar and Gachibowli.The heavy showers of thunder and lightning were reported in Kesara,Nagara, Dammai Guda, Kushai Guda,ECLL,Kapra,AS Rao Nagar and Neredmett in Medchal district.
