BJP state president Laxman felicitated by BC organisations

BC leaders of various organisations on Sunday felicitated BJP state president, MLA Dr K Laxman on constitutional amendment to give statutory status to National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC).The leaders observed that it would provide social security to the BCs. Meanwhile, seeking 50 per cent quota in legislatures, National Backward Classes Welfare Association vice-president Gujju Krishna submitted a memorandum to the BJP leader. BC leaders N Venkatesh, Ramalingam, Bandaru Latha, Tanduri Gopinath, Jayanthi were present.
