Girl commits suicide due to engagement cancelled

In a tragic incident, a girl committed suicide by hanging herself. She took this extreme step after her engagement was broken.According to the report, Naga Lakshmi, a resident of Mailardevpally was a private employee. Earlier, her matrimonial alliance was finalized with a youth by name Raju who is also a resident of the same locality.It is reported that wrong details about the girl were furnished to the boy’s family which resulted in breaking the marriage alliance.Vexed with this, the girl committed suicide by hanging herself in her house. The relatives of the girl alleged that Raju furnished wrong information and leveled allegation of abetment to suicide.Police registered a case and started investigation.
