KCR speech on 3 yrs of governance

Telangana State CM, Kalvakuntla Chandra Shekar Rao greeted the people of Telangana for entering successfully in to the third year of governance from the persons of their choice. Saying that the State growth rate in these three years, as per Comptroller and Auditor General reports, is 17.82, he said that the government is striving towards just distribution of the fruits of this growth. He announced the Single Woman pension programme, where single women will get Rs. 1,000 pension per month from the government. The scheme will be effective from June 4th. And another scheme of Rs. 15,000 for mothers and KCR kit to new borns, will be implemented from June 3rd.
