KCR assured 35 per cent PRC for Electricity Board Employees

CM KCR made Employees of the Electricity Department jump in joy during the meeting at Pragathi Bhavan. He told, 'First success was achieved by Electricity Department after the formation of Telangana. Rs 250 crore worth power has been sold so far. We are the only state to provide uninterrupted power to households, industries and farmers in the country. Rs 1 lakh crore has been invested on Irrigation Projects. All of the will be capable of generating electricity. Those who predicted dark days after formation of Telangana are now in darkness. Our Electricity Board Employees proved them wrong'.  

KCR assured 35 percent PRC for Electricity Board Employees. He claimed to have resolved the issues raised by Employees in the past.CM opined recruitment for 600 posts will happen if the case related to JLM has been withdrawn. He promised to extend the Health Scheme benefits offered to Government Employees to the Electricity Board Employees as well.

KCR pointed out 6,000 out of 50,000 Employees are facing issues due to GPF and that's something in the hands of Central Government. He claimed to be holding talks to resolve the GPF issue. 

When Outsourcing Employees urged him to resolve their issues, KCR joked, 'Idhi Chandrababu Naidu Pettina Dukanama?'. He promised to take care of them and fill the vacancies in the Electricity Board.
