One person killed after RTC bus hit

A 36-year-old man was killed on the spot when an RTC bus hit the two-wheeler he was riding on the outskirts of Andugulapet village in Mandamarri mandal on Monday.The Mandamarri police said the deceased was Busi Srinivas, a native of Somagudem in Kasipet mandal. The victim leaves behind his wife and two children.Srinivas was on his way to Mancherial when the bus coming from opposite direction hit him. Rash and negligent driving of the bus driver is believed to be the reason for the mishap. A case was registered against the bus driver, who was on the run, the police said.
