CM KCR dissolves Telangana assembly

Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao met Governor ESL Narasimhan and submitted a resolution adopted in the Cabinet meeting held in the afternoon where the decision to dissolve the Assembly and call for early polls was taken.

KCR completed as Telangana CM for 4 years 3 months and 4 days on Thursday on the same day he is dissolving the state assembly.  He convened cabinet meeting at 1.30 pm to dissolve the Assembly.Soon after the cabinet ratifying his proposal to go for early elections,  KCR will meet governor esl narasimhan and submit the copy of the assembly dissolution.  Later he will hold a press conference at Telangana bhavan.Governor will issue notification appointing KCR as caretaker chief minister until the next election.  KCR will kick start poll campaign from Husnabad on Friday.
