Deepak Reddy, MP from APDC, was accused of involvement in land scam, police said. Here are the details of his land grabbing laws.

MVS Chaudhary and Brothers bought a 3.37 acre land in Banjara Hills, a resident of Ayub Kamal, who lived in decades ago in Hyderabad. But in 2008, Deepak Reddy's advocate Shailesh Saxena created false documents that the land was acquired by Akbar Mohinuddin Ansari and Khaja Mohiuddin Ansari. The documents were made by Deepak Reddy who bought the land from them. Lawyer Shailesh complained to the Earthquake Prevention court that MVS Chaudhary and Brothers Kabbja had landed their land. However, while the case was under investigation, a few months ago, the Choudhury spokesperson and the Revenue Officers presented the original documents to the court. The case was later transferred to the CBS after a Choudary's representative complained to the Banjara Hills police station. The case was registered against Deepak Reddy, including counsel Shailesh.

In the case of Asif Nagar, lawyer Shailesh Pathak has been working on illegal assets worth Rs 165 crore and Deepak Reddy has provided financial support. About seven years ago, Shailesh had approached the court of law in Asif Nagar. However, while the case was being investigated, Shailesh presented some documents to the court that Nizam Nawab had given them a hundred acres of land from the government.

The members of the Society submitted the original documents to the court and complained to the police. The societies were found in the basics of the police. When the police registered the case against Shailesh, he fled. Deepak Reddy's complaint was filed in a police inquiry saying that the matter was untrue in the police station at Thadipetri police station, where Shailesh was abducted by members of society. Choudhury brothers went home and threatened them, and the cases of police interrogation were reported earlier on Deepak Reddy.
