TS: HC dismisses petition against Assembly dissolution

A petition challenging the dissolution of the Telangana Assembly dissolution was filed in the High Court by a lawyer Ropos Bhaskar. The High Court after going through the content of the petition has dismissed the same and clarified that they can not interfere with the constitution and law violations. Lawyer Ropaul Bhaskar in his petition has complained that the people had given the power to TRS to govern Telangana state for five years, but it was a 9-month period when the Chief Minister dissolved the Cabinet taking the help of Cabinet ministers.
