Lawyer speaks to media Sirisha's Case not bigger than that of Kasab

Cops took RJ Studio Owner Rajeev and Sravan into custody on Monday in connection with the suicides of Beautician Sirisha and SI Prabhakar Reddy.

Defence Lawyer Venkat told reporters that Court ordered Cops not to use 3rd Degree against Rajeev and Sravan during the interrogation. 'Cops sought the custody of accused for clarification of few doubts. Investigation is happening perfectly. I haven't seen investigation being held at such a rapid pace in my career. Rajeev appears to be innocent. Sirisha wasn't raped. Tejaswini isn't involved in Sirisha's death. All the facts will be out after completion of investigation'.

Asked how could he fight for the accused, Venkat replied: 'This case isn't bigger than that of Kasab who was involved in Mumbai terror attacks. Even Kasab was provided a lawyer to argue for him'.

When quizzed how many cops will be present during the interrogation, The Advocate replied: 'Had if I expected this question from you, I would have counted the number of cops present inside'.
