Cab driver attacked, man flees away with the car in Suryapet

Hyderabad June 29 : A cab driver was thrashed by a man who then fled away with the cab in the early hours of Thursday in Suryapet.The police officials informed that the man had boarded the cab in Rajahmundry and headed to Hyderabad. However, when they reached Suryapet, the man asked the driver, Ariuddin to stop the car and repeatedly striked him on his head with a huge stone.
With the driver falling unconscious, the man fled away with the car. Wintessing the driver lying unconscious, locals admitted him to a hospital in Suryapet but was later shifted to a hospital in Hyderabad after his condition turned critical.
