Jagan : To remove his name in the case of unofficial property

Jagan had filed a discharge petition in the CBI court seeking removal of his name in the case. The petition sought to remove his name from the charge sheet in the case of Ramki, Van Pick and Jagathy. However, the CBI filed a counterfeit case in the case of Jagati publication, jagan told tthat investors are fraudulent and claimed that he have evidence for this.


 YCP MP Vijayasayreddy also recently filed a discharge petition to remove his name in the same case and CBI also filed on this petition.
