Farmer Commits Suicide Over Debt distress in Siddipet

Mon, Sep 11 : Farmer Commits suicide over debt distress in Mumbai. According to reports farmer Akkaraju Narasaiah who hails from Cheppal village of Siddipet owns 2 acres of land in the village.

He tried 4 bores in his field spending Rs 4.5 lakhs, with all his efforts paying off nothing but in vain. To clear the pressurising debts he went to Mumbai in search of employment and earnings 3 months back and there also failed to get employment.

There he committed suicide by hanging himself due to debt distress. Residents of village are demanding govt to extend support to his family.
