Hyderabad University VC Appa Rao over Rohith Vemula Issue

Tue, Sep 12 : Hyderabad University Vice Chancellor Appa Rao said that appointment to the Universities is made on the basis of talents and academic records.
Appa Rao has ruled out the allegations that he was appointed VC of the University with the recommendations of political leaders like Venkaiah Naidu and other ones.
He has defended his statement citing the role of four science academies and his fellowship in this regard. Hyderabad University VC reacting to the tragic incident of Rohith Vemula said that it was very unfortunate incident that took place due to some misunderstanding. Watch the video.
