Hospitals looting gullible general masses : Harish Rao

Wed, Sep 20 : Private hospitals were looting people in the name of unnecessary tests and operations, observed minister Harish Rao. Speaking at an event at Vemulawada, Harish Rao said that hospitals were conducting scanning, causing fear among pregnant women, and forcing operations on them, just for the greed of money.
As a result, the health of the women is at stake, he added. At the same time, Telangana government was giving money to new mothers, if they delivered at a government hospitals. They were gifted under the scheme KCR kits.
