Free registration to be done for sada bainama lands

Tue, Sep 26 : The Telangana government is making arrangements for free registration of all land transactions which are done as sada bainama belonging to small and medium farmers. Likewise, farmers holding five-acre farmland or more can regularise by paying stamp duty.
The government will accept applications for regularisation of farmlands for 15 days. The extent of land in more than five acres written as sad bainamas can also be regularised. The state government had issued a Government Order allowing free registration of sada bainamas till June 2, 2014.
