2 people killed,19 injured in road mishap in Jangaon district

Thu, Oct 05 : In a freak road accident, two people, including RTC driver and a woman passenger were killed and 19 others sustained severe injuries at Chagal village in Jangaon district on Thursday. The mishap occurred when an RTC bus was hit by Lorry which was coming in the opposite direction resulting in a head-on collision.
The accident took place when the RTC bus was going towards Hyderabad from Hanmakonda at Chagal village outskirts. Transport Minister Mahender Reddy enquired over the mishap and assured justice to the victims. He directed the RTC officials to launch probe over the accident.
