TS SET results released 3,759 candidates qualified

As many as 3,759 candidates qualified in the Telangana State State Eligibility Test (TS SET) 2018 results that were declared here on Friday.A total of 64,994 candidates had registered with 51,739 appearing for the test. From among them, 3,759 cleared the test, which translates qualified percentage to 7.27. 

Addressing a press conference here, Prof. T Papi Reddy, Chairman, Telangana State Council of Higher Education who released the results said State reservation policy has been implemented for the SET 2018 examination as per the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC). Till last year, the Union Government’s reservation policy was implemented.

The SET 2018 was conducted in 29 subjects in several regional centres including Adilabad, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal on July 15.
