TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Tuesday wrote an open letter to all government employees in Telangana, urging them to teach caretaker Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao a fitting lesson in the coming elections.

Mr Uttam alleged that Mr Rao utilised the services of government employees, teachers, unemployed youths, students, pensioners as well as outsourcing and contract employees during the Telangana movement and later suppressed them to the extreme. "Where is the Interim Relief (IR) and Pay Revision Commission (PRC) that a was announced by KCR? Who said on various TV channels that those will be paid on June 2 and August 15 respectively?” he questioned.

Mr Uttam mentioned 24 points on various problems of the employees and the unfulfilled promises of the TRS government. “Not even 0.1 per cent of the employees got promotions during the tenure of TRS government,” he said.
