Hyderabad: After receiving a reply for the show-cause notice issued on Friday to MLC Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee’s (TPCC) Disciplinary 

Action Committee again issued him a show cause notice on Monday and gave him one day’s time to reply. Friday’s notice was issued to Mr Rajagopal Reddy for his comments against the party leadership.

On Monday, Mr Rajagopal Reddy submitted a three-page reply to the show-cause notice, following which the Committee met again to discuss the issue for about two hours in Gandhi Bhavan. The Committee, chaired by Mr M. Kodanda Reddy, expressed dissatisfaction over the reply. It is serious about the comments made by Rajagopal Reddy against the Committee during a press conference on Friday evening.

The Committee, in a letter to Mr Rajagopal Reddy, stated, “Even after receiving the notice, there is no change in your attitude and also the committee has not received a proper reply from your end.” 

The Disciplinary Action Committee has again given one day’s time to Rajagopal Reddy to submit an explanation in a proper manner to the show cause notice served last Friday. The committee has also warned of taking serious and stern action against him as per the norms of the Indian National Congress constitution.
