TRS MP D Srinivas meets Sonia Gandhi in Delhi

TRS Rajya Sabha member D Srinivas met UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi. According to sources, Srinivas has discussed the present political and election situation in Telangana. In the past, Nizamabad MP Kavitha and TRS MLAs wrote a letter to TRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao to take disciplinary action against Srinivas as he was indulging in anti-party activities. Since then, the MP has been staying away from the TRS party programmes. Srinivas meeting Sonia Gandhi has assumed political significance.
