TS Polls: Task Force seized Rs 50 lakh in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Task Force police seized Rs 50 lakh from a person at Nampally on Thursday. According to police, the person identified as Gali Balaji, whom the police said as close associate of Cantonment Congress contesting candidate Sarve Satyanarayana.During the vehicle checkings at Nampally police searched an Innova car in which they found Rs 50 lakh and publicity material. Police said that on enquiry Gali Balaji said on the orders of Sarve Satyanarayana he collected the amount from a hawala dealer by name Dileep in Begumbazar and transporting money.Police were enquiring.
