Mobile phones are not allowed: EC

Hyderabad: During the Assembly elections in Telangana, Election Commission gives some instructions to the voters. EC directed to voters that don't bring mobile phones to  the polling booths. Polling staff also not allowed to bring mobile phones into the polling booths. In any emergency, the staff will allowed to take mobile phones with the permission of  preciding officer.
