KCR's national front is to benefit BJP: Chandrababu

As someone who provoked people against each other and raked up anti-Andhra sentiment, TRS Chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao doesn't stand a chance as a national leader or anyone close to it, opines TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu. Ruling out the possibility of a third front, Chandrababu Naidu said that KCR's idea is to benefit the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) indirectly. "They (YSRCP, AIMIM and TRS) are all working as per the directions of Narendra Modi and their agenda is to support Modi through this so called Third Front," he added. 

"You cannot unnecessarily provoke sentiments of people and divide them. And, then say that you will unite for them nationally. That is what KCR is doing right now," he said, adding that the rejection of the BJP in the recent state polls is an indication that people are unhappy with BJP government at the Centre.

With both Chandrababu and KCR portraying themselves as kingmakers of national politics, it looks like the competition is not just confined to two Telugu states but also is going national! Let us hope that this competition remains healthy.
