Police arrested 3 drug peddlers including a Kenyan

The officials of Special Team of Hyderabad (Malkajgiri) has nabbed three drug peddlers including a Kenyan, and seized cocaine and cannabis worth Rs 1.3 lakh from their possession. Keeping in mind the New Year, police launched a crackdown against drug peddlers and arrested the trio for selling narcotics.

Acting on a tip-off Mwandeje jillani Raymond, 26, a Kenyan residing at Gokul nagar in Sainikpuri, P Sumanth, 19, of Neredmet and Md Hussain, 19, of Armoor in Nizamabad district were arrested. 

Another accused sam, a nigeriean staying in Sun city Rajendranagar, is on the run. Raymond, sumanth and Hussain used to procure drugs from Nigerian peddlers and supply them to customers, including students in the city. said Rachakonda joint commisioner G sudheer Babu.

On Sunday night, the accused were arrested at Gokulnagar in Sainikipuri and cops seized 10 grams of cocaine and four Kg cannibis from them. The accused along withh the seized narcotic material, were handed over to Neredmet police for further investigation.They are booked under the NDPS Act and sent top judicial remand.
