HC bifurcation: TS lawyers bid a farewell to AP lawyers

Hyderabad: Hyderabad High Court (HC) today became witness to some emotional scenes, as Telangana judges, lawyers and judicial staff bid farewell to their Andhra Pradesh (AP) counterparts. Following notification by the Centre, bifurcation of High Court (HC) into Telangana and AP has begun. The AP lawyers said that it is a bitter-sweet experience for them. They had left their homelands some 30 years ago to settle down in Hyderabad. Now it is like going back home, but with some heart-break. Telangana lawyers, who gave a warm send-off to their colleagues, said that they are happy that they have achieved Separate HC.
