Kendriya Vidyalaya inaugurated in Siddipet

Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao said that they have struggled to get a Kendriya Vidyalaya in Siddipet. He thanked the Medak MP, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy for knocking every possible door in New Delhi to get the prestigious educational institution to Siddipet. Stating that they could not get the institute to Siddipet when the State was united, Rao said that the dream was realisd post bifurcation.


Addressing the gathering after inaugurating the institute here on Wednesday, Rao said he is a very happy man now since even poor people could send their wards to Kendriya Vidyala.


He further observed that KV is among the best institutions for school education in India. The school had started functioning for the 2018-19 academic year in a temporary building on Yellanki Institute of Engineering and Technology campus. The school will have Ist to Vth Classes. Collector, D Krishnabhaskar and others were present.
