TS: Congress suspended TPCC secretary Nallavelly Ashok

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) on Wednesday suspended its secretary Nallavelly Ashok for anti-party activities. TPCC disciplinary action committee chairman M. Kodanda Reddy said Mr Ashok was suspended after the party carried out a detailed inquiry. The party found that Mr Ashok had worked against party senior leader Shabbir Ali who was contesting from the Kamareddy constituency during the recent Assembly elections. Mr Shabbir Ali had complained about Mr Ashok after the elections.
