EC clears election code not an obstacle for cabinet expansion

After the election commission made it clear that the model code of conduct not an obstacle for the cabinet expansion, rumours were on rife that the chief minister KCR might expand the cabinet after Sankranti, the same was said by KCR. Earlier, the grapevine also had it that the cabinet expansion will be done in February after the Gram Panchayat elections in Telangana. On the other hand, it is learned that the cabinet will be finalised by the end of January. However, it is awaited to hear the word straight from the horse's mouth.
