Second phase Panchayat polls: Filing nominations will starts from today

The nomination process for the second phase of Gram Panchayat polls has begun today at Miryalaguda division which has as many as 276 Gram Panchayats, 2,376 wards. Around 83 cluster panchayats have been selected for filing the nominations. Candidates can file the nominations till 5 pm on January 13 and the verification of the papers will be done on January 14. The objections will be received on January 15 and 16. On the other hand, the candidates can withdraw the nomination papers on January 17 till 3 pm.
