Candidate collecting spent money, after lost in elections

Nalgonda: Pinning his hopes on his wife winning panchayat elections in Suryapet, the husband went all out in distributing money for the elections. But as the fate would have it, the elections result really came as huge disappointment as the wife had to endure a defeat. Thinking about salvaging what was left, the husband was seen going house to house demanding the residents to return the money they took from him before elections. It is anybody's guess whether he had got the money back.
