Gram Panchayat polls ended peacefully in Telangana

Hyderabad: The final phase of Gram Panchayat polls which took place for 3,529 sarpanch posts concluded in Telangana registering 80 per cent of the voter turnout. Around 11,667 candidates contested for sarpanch posts and 67,316 candidates as ward members. The counting will take place at 2 pm.
