AIMIM chief announces MLC candidate

Hyderabad: Days after the notification released by the election commission for five MLC seats, the AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi announced the MLC candidate today. Owaisi said that he is happy to announce Mirza Riyaz ul Hasan Effendi as an MLC candidate under MLA quota. Happy to inform that Mirza Riyaz ul Hasan Effendi will be the MLC candidate from AIMIM.
It is already known that the ruling TRS party has already announced four candidates for MLC election under MLA quota leaving a seat for AIMIM. Home Minister Mahmood Ali, Kuruma community president Yegge Mallesham, NMDC chairman Seri Subhash Reddy, former MLA Satyavati Rathod are contesting from the TRS party.
